AUTHOR BIO:
Tom Worthington is a Visiting Fellow at the Australian National University. An electronic business consultant, author and information technology professional. He established the first web home pages for the Defence Department, ACT Government, the Special Broadcasting Service and the National Press Club. Information Age magazine listed him as one of the 10 most influential IT&T people in Australia. In 1999 he was elected a Fellow of the Australian Computer Society for his contribution to the development of public Internet policy.
